Bean to Brew Studio

I grew up in Guatemala, where coffee is part of everyday life. That world shaped how I see coffee: as culture, memory, and connection.

When I moved to Belgium, I missed that feeling. I met people who loved coffee, but didn’t always know the stories behind the beans. Bean to Brew Studio is my way of bringing a piece of Guatemala here—through workshops that slow things down and honor where each coffee comes from.

These workshops focus on Guatemalan coffee culture: the regions, the farmers, and the careful craft of roasting and brewing. This space is where my roots in Guatemala meet my life in Belgium, and where I get to share that journey with you, one cup at a time.
